Important Booking Information
- Peaceful Environment: Space Oasis is located in a peaceful zone with regulations against excessive noise after 9 pm.
- Family-Friendly: While perfect for families, the villa may not be ideally suited for very small children or babies.
- No Pets Allowed: We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
- On-Site Assistance: The owner, Amalia, lives in a separate apartment next door and is available 24/7 for assistance and to maintain the pool and garden. Guests have complete privacy. Amalia has some dogs and cats, but they do not typically enter guest areas.
- Minimum Age: We do not accept bookings from youth groups under the age of 21.
- Seasonal Rentals: We open for rentals Easter to end October
- Our tourist rental license number is HUTG-006972.
Rates
- We are flexible: the rates shown are for 7 nights BUT it's just a 2 night minimum stay* Ask us for a quote.
- No extras: Bed Linen, towels and final cleaning included in the price.
- Free Cancellation: up to 1 month before your stay, 50% refund up to one week before.
- A 25% deposit secures your booking. Balance payable 1 month before your holiday.
